The upstairs open plan living area, with adjoining large alfresco and powder room proves fabulous for entertaining. The elegant kitchen with butlers pantry is a delight to work in and what a bonus having the children's study nearby where I can oversee their homework whilst preparing... Ralph was highly professional when doing our bathroom reno, he listened to all our requirements and communicated throughout the construction. The bathroom turned out exactly how I had imagined.

Did the house quality come out to a level you expected etc. Another issue was that they completely destroyed the footpath concerets during construction. The council asked me as the owner to fix the damaged area which was the whole footpath in front of the house. Due to the importance of the matter i paied for all the work but asked the builder to pay me back which was ignored several times.

We are now looking at bulldozing and building new. Dichellis ae good in their design but as far as the quality goes they are not a good player in the industry.
